Wine Appeal Products offers worldwide delivery.
Please see our flat rate delivery charges on our order page for delivery within the USA and Australia. We use US Postal Service and Australia Post.
Shipments to North America, Mexico, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands will be shipped from our US distribution office in California and charged in US Dollars (USD). All other destinations will shipped from our Melbourne, Australia office with product and shipping charges to be charged in Australian dollars (AUD).

Every product we offer is covered by a money back guarantee.
Return Policy
Defective or damaged items must be returned to Wine Appeal Products within (14) fourteen days of the purchase date to be eligible for exchange or refund. When returning a defective item please ensure you include a fault description. For items that cannot be exchanged, a full refund will be offered.
How to return your item
1. Contact Wine Appeal Products via email - admin1@wineappeal.com Ensure you include your name, order date and provide a fault description.
2. A Wine Appeal Products representative will then contact you via email with return instructions.
3. Please post the item to us. As soon as the return has been received, an exchange product will be shipped or refund processed.
Payment
Wine Appeal Products accepts payment online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discovery card via our Paypal merchant gateway. The name McShane Pty. Ltd trading as Wine Appeal Products will appear on your credit card statement.
Payment Offline via Fax or Mail: If you wish to pay using your credit card but would prefer not to transact online, we offer you the option to Fax us your credit card details. For all USA orders, please fax (831) 724 7688, for all other orders worldwide, please fax +61 2 6676 2948.
Payment Offline via Check: Wine Appeal Products accepts business, bank and personal checks. Please note that all checks require a five-day clearing period prior to shipment of goods.

Orders will be shipped upon receipt of payment. For customised products and wholesale orders a 50% deposit is required upon order placement. Balance due prior to order dispatch.
